J. Scott Miller -

Mr. Miller graduated from
Gonzaga University School of Law in
1984. He is licensed in Washington
and Idaho. He has over 30 years
experience providing legal services at
the trial court level as well as
appeals in both state and federal
courts.
He has been awarded the rating
of “AV Preeminent - Judicial Edition”,
which is the highest possible rating
for practicing attorneys in both Legal
Ability and Ethical Standards,
through a confidential peer review of
practicing attorneys and judges.
In addition to a busy private law
practice, Mr. Miller ialso serves as a
Senior Lecturer at Whitworth
University, teaching US Business
Transactions and Business Law.
Mr. Miller is a member of the
Washington State Bar Association,
the Idaho State Bar Association, the
Spokane County Bar Association, the
Eastern Washington Federal Bar
Association, the Washington State
Association for Justice, and is a
Lifetime Fellow in the American Bar
Association Foundation and in the
American Judicature Society.
Mr. Miller also served as the
Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese
of Spokane.
